My roommates and I were moving to NYC for the first time and we were expecting a very stressful process when it came to applying for apartments but luckily Felix reached out to me while we were applying to apartments on our own. He has been such a great help, always responsive whenever we had questions (we had a lot ) and we always felt that he was on our side doing what he could to help us get what we wanted. Felix is absolutely amazing. I don't know where to begin with just how fantastic he was. We had met with a few real estate people before and we generally didn't have great experiences. Felix was the only person who took the time out and really made sure we were able to find something suitable for us. It felt like I was having a friend help me find an apartment compared to it being a business transaction. My partner & I were looking for a 2 bedroom. Lucky we can across an apartment that Felix had posted and contacted him right away. He was very responsive and helpful. What I most liked about Felix is that his properties were up to par. I found him to be very responsive and personable. I don't need a broker who's my best friend but I do want one I feel I can trust, who is taking my needs under consideration, and presenting options in my best interest. Felix is that guy, hands down.
