Working with Eileen was such a blessing! She helped us every step of the way: from submitting the application for consideration to the owner to finalizing all the materials for the contract and beyond. Eileen even assisted us in looking for a mover and offered to take measurements of the apartment for us. Our family has lived in NYC for more than 25 years and this was the second apartment that our daughter had to rent in the city. We were never offered such good care and attention in what can be a very stressful endeavor.
