Douglas believes real estate is more of a service business than a sales business. Most important is to listen to your customers' needs, and be encouraging and optimistic no matter what the market holds.

Born in Brazil, Douglas came to the U.S. at a very young age. He was raised in Orlando, Florida plus lived in Miami; but he wanted to move to New York ever since he found out it existed! Studying acting at an early age, Douglas attended a performing arts middle school and the New World School of the Performing Arts high school in Miami. He earned a degree from the American Academy of The Performing Arts in NYC.

His background in acting and hospitality has given him the valuable qualities of discipline, dedication, creativity and attention to detail, along with a penchant for delivering client satisfaction and optimal results.

Douglas loves living in New York so much because he adores science fiction and the idea of being part of a futuristic city. He has called Manhattan home for over a decade.
