Will recommend Devin to anyone who's looking for an apartment. Very responsive and informative, Devin also went extra miles to drive me around the neighborhood that I'm not familiar with, which opened my eyes to a lot of perks that I wouldn't be able to find myself. After hearing my needs, he also provided many good options that I didn't find on website. The only reason I didn't rent from Devin is that I eventually decided to join an apartment instead of living by myself. Will definitely search for his help next time I need a place to live!

Devin was truly a God send! He really listened to what we wanted and needed, and ended up finding us an apartment we fell in love with! I have already highly recommended him to several friends and would go to him again if I needed another place.

Devin was great to work with. I called him about one listing that my boyfriend and I saw on Trulia, he was immediately very honest and forthcoming about that property which he was skeptical about for our needs. He suggested some others that might fit our needs better and were within our price range. He was able to show use those listings that same day and we ended up applying and getting the lease for the third apt he showed us. The whole process was easy. Devin is very friendly, I trusted his advice and found him to be a straight forward and accurate source of information on the neighborhood. I would absolutely use him again next time we are looking for an apt., but right now we are very happy with the one he helped us find!

Devin is truly a gem! He was patient, honest, and generous with us in our difficult search for a three bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. He was quick to accommodate us and to answer directly any questions we had, plus he had a great sense of humor and was fun to work with. I can't imagine a better agent.

A few years back I rented an apartment from Devin. We remembered we liked him so much that we contacted him again just recently for a move. I'm happy to say he is just as responsive and knowledgeable as he was back then. While we didn't end up renting through him this time around, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking. Devin was recommended to us by a friend, and he responded to my initial inquiry right away. He was always available to answer questions, and was extremely friendly. We later found out that Devin was recovering from an achilles injury. On top of that, his child was born 4 days before we came to view apartments. He clearly had a lot on his plate, but he still provided us with a great experience when we came to look at apartments.

While I didn't end up renting an apartment from Devin, he was BY FAR the best agent I worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhoods, not pushy, and our interactions felt honest and authentic. He treated me like an actual person, instead of a number. He respected my time. While I didn't rent from him last time, I plan to reach out to him now, in search of a new apartment.

He was totally cool with us only looking at no-fee apartments and, when we were close to closing on another place but really wanted to check out one he had sent us, he went above and beyond and had Erica, his fiancée, show us the apartment because he knew time was of the essence and he was unavailable. We decided to take that apartment and Devin was always reachable, answered all our questions, and helped up through the application process. If there was an option for 10 stars, we would give that to Devin! My roommates and I had just moved to New York and were stressing out looking for an apartment that was affordable and fit our list on the internet. The description for Devin said his response rate was "blazing" and we found this funny, but it really is blazing. Within 2 minutes of inquiring, he was calling us. Devin was extremely helpful in the process and showed us apartments he thought would be good picks and got it right on the second try. He stayed with us until midnight as we went back and forth deciding on details before we went with the place. He answered all of our questions at all hours of the day and made the process clear and easy. We would highly recommend Devin (we already have to our other friends). Devin was great! He showed us places to eat around the neighborhood as well as showed us great places. Also after we paid the deposit it was no hassle getting Devin to come with us to the apartment to get measurements for future furniture.

Devin literally responded to my first inquiry about an apartment within a matter of minutes. He asked me what kind of amenities and locations I was looking for and then sent me a long list of apartments that all were within my budget. Literally the next day he met up with me and we looked at at 4-5 different apartments. He was very personable, professional, honest and receptive to what I wanted. Weeks spent sending inquiries to Craigslist ads and reaching out to other agents with no replies or one sentence responses made for a stressful start to my apartment search. That all changed when I responded to a listing put up by Devin. While that particular one was no longer available, he simply asked for my requirements, and came back right away with five other apartments matching that criteria. Sure enough, one night of touring places was all I needed to find the place I wanted. Throughout the searching and application process he was available seemingly 24/7 via call/text/email, and was very accommodating when it came to setting up tours and signings (I was moving from out of state so this was particularly convenient). All in all the man's honest, helpful and very easy to communicate with. Could not recommend any higher.

Over the years I've rented 8 apartments in both Boston and New York and Devin was by far the easiest and most helpful realtor I've dealt with.
