David has over 12 years of real estate experience having worked in acquisitions, construction, leasing and management of rental, coops and commercial properties in New York and California. For the past 7 years David has served as a property manager for rental buildings, condos, and coops throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Bronx. Having worked closely with landlords and coop/condo boards allows him to give his client a unique perspective that is sure to benefit all parties involved. He is intent on going out of his way to provide highest quality of customer service. David earned a B.S. degree in Public Policy, Planning and Management from the University of Southern California and studied Real Estate Finance at University of California Los Angeles. In his spare time David enjoys going to concerts, playing and watching basketball, college football, watching local standup comedy, and maybe once in a while getting on stage.
