Jessica is an incredible broker. I have seen apartments with many brokers but was always disappointed. However, as soon as I began working with Jessica, she knew exactly what I wanted and showed me only what corresponded to that. All the apartments she showed me were great and I found the perfect one. During the leasing process she helped me with everything and was always on top of everything. It went smoothly and efficiently. She is trustworthy and has good energy.
Overall, Jessica is very knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and a good listener. She was very patient in dealing with my specific wants within my budget. I really enjoyed my time looking at apartments with her in person, and appreciated her effort in sending me potential listings over email.I highly recommend Jessica.

Jessica was great! I've worked with several brokers over the years and she is definitely the best. She did a lot of legwork, calling up places and making sure they would allow our pets (we have two rabbits and a dog). She also screened them for neighborhood, light, proximity to transit etc. She took us around to over ten apartments over several hours on a Saturday. We were very close to picking one of the apartments she showed us, but in the end went with a luxury building our friends live in only because they had a built in doggie day care. I would recommend her to any friend and when we do move again she will be our broker.

Jessica has been amazing helping me find a short term furnished apartment on very short notice. She has worked around the clock to find an apartment that suits my (very picky) needs. Jessica has been fantastic at explaining the rental process and has alleviated a lot of the stress I initially had apartment hunting on my own. She has also been extremely accommodating to my timeframe. I will definitely be using Jessica in the future.
