Formerly associated with companies such as Compass and Keller Williams - Nikolay, together with Julia, have gone to open up their own brand to help bring the vision of what a real estate brokerage should be in modern day and age.

Additionally, having developed a vast network over many years in the industry he is able to help some of the clients discretely showcase their homes. Each property is unique and will get its own custom plan depending on the client's needs, goals and aspirations.
As a buyer's broker, Nikolay many times does not only look at what is available online and instead searches for opportunities beyond to find the right match for his clients. He patiently discerns their individual requirements, guiding them to the perfect property and often uncovering hidden opportunities or challenges others might miss.

Having previously pursued a career as a professional tennis player in Spain, Nikolay now devotes much of his free time to his beloved wife and son.
