This includes guiding them through the maze of the public and private school systems, to introducing them to best pizza in the neighborhood, or where to find a referral for a nanny.
Carol understands that every client has different circumstances which must be carefully considered. Whether you're renting your first apartment, are ready to buy after renting for many years, are selling a longtime home, or are relocating to NYC from overseas, the attention is on you, and on delivering the utmost service and value. From an early age, her family, as landlords, allowed her to learn all aspects of the real estate market and she brings these experiences with her today.
A New York City native, Carol was born in Brooklyn and spent her adult life in Manhattan. She lived in Murray Hill before moving to the Upper East Side where she's happily resided ever since. Carol earned her BA degree with a major in Education from Brooklyn College and MA in Reading from Hunter College. She enjoyed a successful career in advertising sales and marketing for print magazines, which involved helping to launch a website for children as well as sales for digital platforms of the print magazines for major publishing companies. Carol later launched her own publisher's representative company and expanded her portfolio to include consumer luxury goods. This experience followed her, with keen attention to detail and target marketing expertise that reinforce her sales and marketing perspective.
In what little free time she has outside of work, Carol enjoys running and leading a physically active, healthy life. Family means the world to her, as does caring for animals. A day at the beach to unwind every now and again to her is pure heaven!
