I was struggling to find an apartment after another real estate agent left me high and dry. Carmen really did a lot to try and find an apartment that worked for me and my budget!

Agent was in contact with me very quickly. Although I did not rent from this agent, she was more than helpful with trying to set up a viewing. Would definitely use Carmen again if needed.

Carmen replied to my inquiry almost immediately. She was kind and accommodating to my weird schedule. She answered all of my questions and was courteous and professional. Though we ultimately went with a different listing, I would highly recommend her!

Carmen provided an outstanding service. She help us through the entire process. She helped us with the apartment viewing, apartment application, apartment interview, and obtaining our keys to the apartment to move in a couple of days early. She always kept in touch through the entire process and responded to every inquiry I had. I dealt with alot of agents this past year but none of them were as professional as she was. She was able to get me an apartment suited for me when other agents could not. If your are looking to rent an apartment I recommend Carmen, she is the best.

Carmen was available and within reach via email, call, and text. I contacted her and her colleague via text the day after I viewed an apartment to let them know I was interested. They responded right away and processed the paper work within hours. They were able to accommodate working with me remotely. Carmen was able to answer my questions and were able to advocate for my needs during lease signing. I (we) secured the apartment really quickly. She also continued to be available even after lease signing to check in with me.There was only one concern with the apartment right before I moved in, but that was beyond Carmen's control. I was able to work with the landlord about fixing some things in the apartment.

From experience with dealing with other agents I would highly recommend Carmen as your agent of choice. By far the most professional, tailors her search to your needs and returns your calls promptly. I hope to work with her or someone like her in the future.

Carmen was great! I called her on a Sunday morning, she fielded my call and got back to me right away with all the information I had asked. She was very professional, and not pushy, which I appreciated. She accommodated my schedule both for the viewing and then when submitting all the paperwork. I imagine there were a number of people interested in the apt and it was obvious she knew what paperwork was needed in order to get the application in quickly and to make the process as smooth as possible.
