Carl was born and raised in Buffalo New York and after graduating from S.U.N.Y. Fredonia in 1991 embarked on a career as a radio host in his hometown of Buffalo N.Y. and Houston Texas. Having his sites set on living and working in New York City, he laid down roots in Manhattan's East Village, while working as a freelance Voice Actor and Audio Engineer.
Since 2005, Carl has been gaining intimate knowledge of Manhattans neighborhoods, while traveling to voiceover and audio clients from the top to the tip of the island. Seeking a career change, Carl acquired his real estate sales license and is proud to be a member of the Highline Residential team.
Now with years of experience, he is very well versed in the rental and sales process and would be happy to help you find your next apartment. Carl is highly knowledgable of the voucher program process and is committed to treating every client efficiently, fairly and ethically.
