Bhenisha will work very hard to make sure you find an apartment you’re completely satisfied with. From the start of our search, to applying for an apartment, to changing our minds and withdrawing that application, to applying for another apartment and signing the lease, Bhenisha was responsive, persistent in making sure all of our many questions were answered, and spent time showing us multiple listings in the area, which saved us a lot of valuable time. She’s also personable and just a nice person to work with. Brokers I’ve worked with would simply turn a key and receive commission, but Bhenisha went above and beyond for us.
I was looking for an apartment in Long Island City, and called Bhenisha on a Wednesday. After listening to what I was looking for, she was able to put together a series of showings for that very Saturday. Bhenisha was very responsive, and with her help we found a place that we loved (and, even better, no fee), put in an application that weekend, and had a lease signed shortly after. We are very happy with the result!

Bhenisha was nice and attentive. She has helped us to find a very nice apartment super close to Lincoln Centre ( work place).
