I'd like to say that this guy was pretty awesome. He was understanding when it came down to negotiating a broker fee. Others agents wanted 15% and were rude about it. Their lose! He knew the area very well and recommended some great spots to eat in the neighborhood. We love our new apartment in Park Slope. Thanks a million Art!
