BOND New York
Agent Profile
Andrew understands that buying or selling a home can be one of the most exciting yet challenging experiences. His vibrant, creative, and ambitious personality delivers an optimal experience for his clients by working diligently to put them at ease. He is an active listener and eager to learn all dynamics of his client's wants and needs in order to bring their vision to fruition.

Andrew's childhood was surrounded by the real estate industry. His grandmother was a real estate broker in Westchester County, New York, for over 50 years and sold her last home at 89 years old. She was known throughout the industry as a consummate professional who treated people with fairness, kindness, understanding, and respect both in life and business. Andrew abides by her philosophies when it comes to his own career to develop trusting and lasting relationships with his clients.

Andrew's father owns a construction business and several of his extended family members are involved with urban development in New York City. Being exposed to these brilliant and industrious role models throughout his upbringing has taught him the importance of resilience, rigor, and communication. Therefore, he has learned to apply these attributes to his work as a real estate salesperson. Andrew is completely transparent with his clients and determined to persevere no matter how difficult an obstacle might be. People have praised him for his attention to detail, loyalty, strategic thinking, innovative visions, empathic nature, and wonderful sense of humor. He is a strong problem-solver, and will do whatever it takes to make his client's dreams a reality.

Being a native New Yorker has allowed Andrew to acquire a great wealth of knowledge regarding New York City geography, neighborhoods, trends, and history. He considers the city to be where his soul lives, and is ecstatic to assist people in moving to the greatest city in the world. After living the past four years in the aesthetically pleasing and culturally diverse neighborhood of Morningside Heights, he is inspired to keep discovering all of the unique neighborhoods New York City has to offer.

As a professional actor and singer, Andrew has performed in regional shows along with many productions at the Manhattan School of Music. He has been honored to sing in a chorus with the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall. He has also taught theater workshops and classes in the Tri-State Area. When he's not working or performing, he loves to travel -- heading out to ski in Colorado, spending time in the Adirondack Mountains, or finding a place to do just about any water sport from water skiing to rowing. In the city, he loves going to museums, learning languages, discovering new restaurants, and attending broadway shows, operas, jazz clubs, and concerts.

Andrew received a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from the Manhattan School of Music. He was recognized with the Provost's Award for Academic Excellence during his Senior Year.
