I am writing this recommendation for Mr. Albert Docci in recognition of the invaluable service he provided, and the role he played in enabling me to secure an apartment that suited the specifications of my search criteria. I was in the market to rent an appropriately sized two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment, when I received a call from a friend who was helping me search that he'd found yet another agent for me. Within an hour of my friend's call, Mr. Docci contacted me, and we immediately set up an appointment to look at apartments one or two days later.The day of our appointment, we were in constant phone contact as I kept him apprised of my progress getting to him by car. Upon meeting him, I found him to be very professional and courteous, and he seemed like a man of integrity who was not out to make a quick sell, but one who patiently walked and talked me, the prospective tenant, through the process of finding an apartment that would suit my needs. As it turns out, two of the apartments he showed me fit that category, and I put in the application for them. The application approval process took some time, but Mr. Docci was always responsive to my periodic queries with regard to my application. During that time also, he had to travel to Spain, yet somehow he managed to stay in touch with me in spite of being on another continent. Once my application was approved, and I procured the apartment, he acted as an advocate, presenting my concerns to management so that they could address these concerns related to the new apartment. Overall, I give Mr. Docci the highest professional rating as a rental agent, and would recommend him to anyone who might be in search of this type of service.
