After my daughter was admitted and chose to attend grad school in Manhattan, my wife and I began the search for an apartment rental in NYC as we had in the past with other real estate transactions. We quickly realized that securing a rental in NYC was not comparable to what we considered ordinary. We were approaching this from 1500 miles away and clearly needed a representative. I cannot remember how I came across this set of reviews for Adi Evron on renthop but decided to gamble on its legitimacy. Best decision, I could have possibly made. Soon after sending Adi an email with my budget, desired location, and amenities, she responded with a unit that had not yet been listed that checked every box and added some extra, unexpected attributes. I have never met, nor spoken to Adi. Every bit of this transaction, from 3rd party guarantor to lease signing, was done through email communication. Adi was quick to respond to every question and intervene on my behalf whenever necessary. If you find yourself in a similar position, send Adi an email and allow her to navigate the process for you.

Moving from out of state is never easy... and moving to NYC is also a ton of pressure and a lot of hard work. I used Adi as my broker and she did not disappoint. I had a great experience working with Adi - I've worked with other brokers before and she was by far the most professional and caring broker I had. I'll keep this short and sweet but just know that Adi Evron should be your go to person if you're in the market for a new place. My roommates and I have met with numerous brokers/agents and no one has been as helpful and personable as Adi has. She has been in the business for some time and is incredibly knowledgeable about available apartments, the process of applying, and has a knack of predicting what will happen next. I was constantly texting her asking questions about apartments/applications and re-seeing the same apartment multiple times but she never made me feel bad about it. Adi was great to work with. She understood what we were looking for and made sure we were shown all the options before we came to a decision. Then she was very attentive and always available to answer questions as we went through the approval and lease signing process. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a broker who listens and is always there!
Adi is fantastic to work with- she makes finding an apartment in this crazy city much simpler and less painful. She really listens to exactly what you need and only shows you properties that match your needs and budget- she doesn't waste your time! She is extremely patient and not pushy at all. Adi was very helpful in finding me an apartment. She was able to give me a great options for my price range. I was able to get my apartment in very quick time. She had great relationships with the apartment leasing offices which helped get me good deals.
Adi is an amazing broker! I recently moved to the USA from Europe and required an apartment within 30 days. I met with several brokers before meeting Adi. Each of these brokers made me feel pressurized, brought me to apartments which did not meet my requirements, requested broker fees of 15%, and required me to use Insurent (at a cost of aprox $3000) as I had no US credit. Adi quickly established what I was looking for, brought me to a number of apartments over the course of two days. After the two day period I found the perfect apartment. I paid no broker fee and was not required to use Insurent due to Adi's negotiation with the leasing office in my apartment building. Not only was Adi super helpful but she made the process of finding an apartment fun! I also did not feel pressurized into signing for any apartment until I was ready! I will be using Adi for all my future apartment hunts and would and will be recommending her to anyone looking to find an apartment in NYC! Thank you Adi so much, I'm forever grateful!

Adi is great in finding the best apartment that will fit your budget, also she had a lot of patience. She show me the same apartment twice and she made the arrangements until I was able to get the layout I wanted. She is very nice and down to earth, it was great working with her.

Looking for an apt in the city is never EASY, Adi was super quick with responding to my e-mails, eventho I had tones of questions, very flexible schedule and understood our needs and budget. Iâm please with the apartment we found and will recommend to our friends as well.
I move every two years and anytime I need an apartment I contact Adi directly. I'm surprised to see all negative reviews. The first time I moved, I met with two Broker's just to compare their inventory. Adi was the second Broker and took me to the building I wanted to move into and got me a deal on an apartment that wasn't even on the market yet. I know Broker's and I know NY, Adi has to be one of the best in the city.
