Tigran is an utmost professional. We were looking for a 1 bedroom in NYC and contacted Tigran from one of his listing. What makes Tigran special is his knowledge of the NYC real estate market completely. He has relationships with multiple building managers and owners and is able to show properties that may not be listed anywhere else.

Tigran was beyond helpful from Day 1 of my apartment search. Having lived in New York for 7 years now...I was quite hesitant to embark on a much dreaded search as previously it was always a very stressful and expensive process. He proved me wrong. I have never experienced such an easy process...he was always accessible and responsive. He listened to exactly what we wanted and pin-pointed units that met my requirements on all levels - location, budget, amenities, etc. Not once did I feel he was wasting my time showing me unrealistic units. In the end, he introduced me to what is soon-to-be my new apartment that I am beyond thrilled about. He negotiated a great deal and even was able to secure a mid-month lease which I know is rather difficult. Perhaps it was half luck having found my new apartment so quickly, but I must give credit where credit is due and applaud my fantastic broker for having found it right away! Tigran was incredibly helpful in finding my apartment. I initially contacted him about a specific apartment, and he promptly replied and scheduled an appointment for me to see the place. When I told him that apartment didn't meet needs and explained why, he offered to show me some places that might be a good fit, and flexed his schedule to get me in to see them on the same day. Now, having worked with several NYC brokers who showed me the exact opposite of what I told them I wanted, I was so happy when I saw the apartments Tigran recommended. He really listened to me when I told him what I was looking for, provided multiple options explaining why they might or might not be a fit, and was spot-on in his recommendations. Finding an apartment in NYC is the hardest, most annoying, and one of the most expensive things I've done in my life. After many encounters with a wide variety of brokers and open houses, Tigran came to the rescue! Not only did he find us exactly what we were looking for, he was patient and kind while doing so. Tigran went above and beyond, working with the leasing agent and getting us the best deal possible! Many brokers are pushy and rude, only caring about their commission. Our experience with Tigran was the exact opposite, he never once pressured us, and it was very evident that he just wanted us to find a place that met our needs. Tigran and I spent about 10 days until I signed a lease on an apartment. I wasn't expecting to find such a great apartment with the budget I had in mind and there is no way I could have gotten it without him, for many reasons... I had 5 other brokers texting me every day but somehow I only wanted to work with him. He was very helpful, always very quick to respond, to listen and understand, to negotiate on my behalf and facilitate every process.
