Needed an apartment quick. Seen Ty's listings all over Naked Apartment and CL. Reached out to him and he showed my roommate and I a handful of good rentals. We picked one , applied and got approved within 24 hours .We are moving in today. Overall good experience. I would recommend.

Ty is amazing and went above and beyond to help me find an awesome place in a convenient location for my daughter and I. I honestly wouldn’t be exaggerating if i called him a miracle worker! Hoping i don’t have to move anytime soon but i wouldn’t worry if so cause Ty would be my first call and i know he would find something even more ideal.

Rented an apartment from Ty today. My roommates and I are extremely pleased with our treatment. Ty was accommodating from beginning to end. 5 tenants in total 5 Guarantors, he made us all feel at ease with the process and was attentive with assisting the Guarantors with the application process and answering all questions of our concerned parents. I was in town for a couple of days only from MD and Ty dedicated his Saturday to make sure I was able to find something that I liked. I was able to put down a deposit and do the application via phone right away. I had no issues with Ty . He is a great guy in my opinion. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to Move to NYC from out of state. Ty is very knowledgeable on at what he does. Very patient and hardworking. Quick to reply, courteous and friendly. Was early to show us apartment and super flexible when we got out of work early changed time on the fly to accommodate us. The apartment wasn't quite right for us, but even after he knew this he chatted, gave us valuable advice, and made us laugh. Renting in NYC can be a hellish experience, but our interaction with Ty was a joy (never thought I'd say that!)

I have been looking for an apartment for about 6 months and every where I turned I was being asked for a guarantor, or told that I didn't make enough money. I felt disheartened and was about to give up until I saw a really cute apartment post on Craiglist. I called the number and spoke to Ty Carroll who was the realtor for the apartment that I was interested in, and not only did I find a super cute apartment in Brooklyn, I had a really great experience! This is coming from a person who's been burned by realtors before, and I have to say Ty was honest, genuine, and ready for me to win in getting the apartment that I really wanted.Time Line:On Tuesday November 20th I called inquiring about the apartment, Ty was professional, and very encouraging. I asked him if I could send him my information, and after looking it over he said that my paper work was good enough to get me approved for a really nice apartment especially the one that I wanted.Tuesday November 21st Ty had two apartments ready for me to see, and out of the two I chose the one that fit all of my needs. During the process, Ty was professional and accessible 24 7, he answered all of my unsettling questions, and really cared about helping me. He had integrity, and kept me in t he loop every step of the way, and wasn't trying to make a quick sale like some realtors do.Wednesday November 22nd Ty allowed me to sleep on my final decision because this was a really big step for me. I was really grateful for that time. He didn't rush me or made me feel like I had to do it.Thursday & Friday November 23-24th, I sent in the application, any documents that were required, and put down a security deposit.Saturday 25th waited to hear back from Ty which I did, and found out that I was approved!!Monday November 27th I went to the office to sign my lease, and became a Brooklynite resident!I also had a really great experience at the leasing office. The landlord answered all of my questions, and the super to my building is really nice. So overall my experience was top notch.Now that I have my keys, Ty still makes himself accessible to help me with any questions that I may have. I would highly recommend him!

My boyfriend and I had a really bad experience with a different agency. Not to mention paying for $100 application fees for an apartment that we didn't get approved for after being told that we could. Nevertheless, we kept searching and we found one of Ty Carroll's listings and contacted him. He was very pleasant and helpful. Not only did he get us approved for our apartment but he waived all application fees. We used Guarantors and he waived there fee as well. That alone shows that he is a great person and he also gets the job done. Will work with Ty again in the future.
