Adira is an anomaly to the typical NYC realtor experience. She is friendly, thoughtful, helpful, and genuine. After working with a handful of unfriendly brokers and realtors who just wanted their cut, it was beyond refreshing to work with someone who wanted to help me and not themselves. What sets Adira aside from other realtors is that she listens to wants and needs, and only shows units she thinks would be a good fit. I’ve moved six times in the last six years for work, and have not had any good experiences with realtors, UNTIL I MET adira!! Not only does she know all boroughs like the back of her hand, (like, scary well) she extremely professional, kind, will answer your texts at all hours of the night and day, works QUICKLY, knows every single property manager in Manhattan, and makes it happen. I was in between two buildings and she insisted I go for the one that was significantly cheaper even though she would get paid less, and she helped me negotiate $150 off my monthly rent without me even asking. Such a gem. the realtor fee was worth every penny.
