Adira was exceptional in helping my partner and I in our first apartment hunt in NYC. As a non-new yorker, I've heard of many challenges regarding how the renters market in NYC can become. Adira kept it real, made it a very smooth process for us and she was on top of all of our inquiries when we first ventured out.
We flew to NYC from out of state for apartment viewings with Adira and each time she was punctual and was in constant communication with us during our trip. What made her stood out was that she was attentive to our needs and was very organized in her arrangements which resulted in viewings going smoothly. My partner and I found her to be extremely professional, personable and proactive to our queries and needs in our housing. Each time we had a query about the contract or the unit we viewed, she was prompt and got back to us with answers soon enough. What else can I say, she's also very friendly and has great vibes!

Adira did an excellent job helping me find an apartment in the Upper East Side. She is always available and responsive. She set up showings very quickly. Even after my application was rejected for one unit, she quickly set up a showing for another unit in the same building. I was able to get approved for that one the same day. I’ve moved six times in the last six years for work, and have not had any good experiences with realtors, UNTIL I MET adira!! Not only does she know all boroughs like the back of her hand, (like, scary well) she extremely professional, kind, will answer your texts at all hours of the night and day, works QUICKLY, knows every single property manager in Manhattan, and makes it happen. I was in between two buildings and she insisted I go for the one that was significantly cheaper even though she would get paid less, and she helped me negotiate $150 off my monthly rent without me even asking. Such a gem. the realtor fee was worth every penny.
