Noah Kollar is a Manhattan-based real estate expert with the award-winning McPeak Team, one of the leading teams at SERHANT with over $500 million in closed transactions. He has advised on negotiations and sales for $30 million in closed deals in 2022, leading clients through the process with a diligent and creative approach to sales and marketing.

As a member of the McPeak Team at SERHANT, Noah possesses in-depth knowledge in luxury resales, townhomes, and new development marketing, asset management, pre-development, sales and leasing. Noah and the Team have set numerous price-per-square-foot records for neighborhoods, and in 2021, were awarded the Inman Golden I Club for Best Sales and Marketing Campaign for a Luxury Development. Starting his career at the height of the pandemic in 2020, Noah's goal is to provide relentless market knowledge along with bold ideas to create consistent client success. Growing up in New Jersey, Noah has a passion for filmmaking and spends his free time exploring new restaurants and experiences in the city.
