Monjurul understood our requirements in the initial call on first day morning. Post which, we saw two houses ou of which we went ahead with one. Documentation process to send in application on the house was smooth too. We had the application approval on day two. Overall, we got what we were looking for in Brooklyn just because we got in touch with Monjurul.

I always swore I would never use a broker. I also swore I wouldn't move to Bay Ridge (distance). Then I met Monjurul, and he showed me the most wonderful apartment in Bay Ridge, and even got the owners to lower the rent and include utilities. So I was completely wrong about both of my previous assumptions! Monjurul is flexible, communicative, and prompt, (and pretty cute, if you care about that kind of thing). I'd been having issues with other brokers not communicating with me about the status of apartments I was viewing (that is, if they could even find time to show me the place before it was gone); however, since working with Monjurul, this process has been painless and fast, and has taken all the stress out of moving for me. Monjurul was always on time; answer all my question and did not tell me what I need to hear; respectful; knowledgeable of the neighborhood; Very patient when I show up to the showing with my two young children who were sometimes not on their best behavior. Due to personal reasons I had to put my rental search on hold and he was very understanding. This is what makes a great agent in my book. I will work with him in the future.
