Matthew jokes that he is a real life Gretchen Weiners - his "hair is full of secrets". He has always found it easy to talk with people and provides an environment where they can feel comfortable and safe to be their genuine selves. Matthew strives to make every individual feel seen and heard.
Hailing originally from NJ, Matthew has lived in NYC for nearly 13 years and has lived in five (going on six) apartments during that time. Needless to say, Matthew knows first hand what it's like to look for an apartment in this city that literally never sleeps. Moreover, he knows the importance of working with an agent who is communicative and truly listens to your needs.
Prior to moving to NYC, Matthew earned his B.A. in Dance from Hofstra University. He was lucky enough to have parents who frequently took him and his brother to the city as kids; finally moving to his dream city himself post graduating. Throughout the years, Matthew has found himself ever more addicted to the immense art and vibrant, unique culture of NYC. During his time here, Matthew has worked around the country and world, performing in casino shows, cruise ships, national tours, Broadway, television and movies, etc. When not soaking in all the city has to offer, Matthew is usually at home watching documentaries, baking, or both. If not at home, he's likely adventuring around the country and world with his partner.
Matthew promises to bring every skill from his background with Broadway, tv/film, and bartending to the table. Fast-paced, high volume environments are his stomping grounds; quick memorization, organization, and attention to detail are his super powers; negotiations are his bread-and-butter.
