I am an Upper Manhattan specialist, and that includes Washington Heights, Hudson Heights, Inwood and Marble Hill. I have lived in Marble Hill for almost 16 years. Before moving uptown I worked at one of the "Big 3" brokerages for 7 years.
Altogether I have been in real estate for over 20 years, and frankly, since Im not a kid anymore I don't run all over town showing apartments. What I decided to do is to focus on and gain a deep knowledge of Upper Manhattan, west of Broadway, and to make this my specialty.

I can't tell you how much I have grown to love my Marble Hill apartment and living uptown. It's true--the air really is cleaner up here, and it's great if you want to get away from feeling locked in by high rises, really see what a big sky looks like, and have a choice of many parks to visit year round. Getting lots of space for your rent money is just the start of what you can experience once you take the A-Train and come up North.
Also--I show only good listings, because, as I said at the start, I will use your time wisely.
