Joaquin has done thousands of real estate deals involving leasing as well as selling properties in New York City throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Prior to the recession of the late 2000's, he did some part-time work at a real estate office which sparked his love of the business and he ended up obtaining his license thereafter. After a 5-year tenure in the finance sector he embarked on a full-time real estate career as an agent after he was a victim of company wide-layoffs during the first market crash.
