John helped me find an apartment in NYC in December 2019. My roommates and I had high expectations for what we wanted and a lot of boxes that needed to be checked.... In a just few hours time, John found us our DREAM apartment. He was kind, honest, flexible, and knew exactly what made the most sense for us, in terms of budget and aesthetic. He was not only supportive in what other agents called our “unrealistic laundry list”, but he had our backs through the entire process.
I knew when John walked into the buildings we visited, he was well-respected there. He was warmly welcomed and greeted by all the staff that we met. He knew the buildings, in and out, and was able to answer any questions we had off-hand. With that being said, John didn't let us be bothered by any of the technicalities; he negotiated a move-in date that worked for our schedule, and quickly resolved any issues or hesitations we encountered. He never let us worry - he simply handled everything.
