Jin Lee is quite everything you can hope for in a broker. Warm and kind, Jin holds her work to the highest standard and checks in with you every step of the way to help make the apartment application process as easy as possible. There was one point where I had a blunder with making a transfer and she met me on a Saturday to help me work through it. At one point she even mentioned she would spot the funds if I couldn’t get the transfer to send in time (a measure to her character). Jin was very helpful in finding the right apartment that I needed. She is very easy to work with and friendly but also very knowledgeable and professional.
