After contacting Izzy I met with him same day and after viewing the apartment he told me it was available and I was the first to apply. I put down my deposit and gave him all of my paperwork. He said I "have the apartment, no one else is going to take it." On my way home that night after spending over an hour signing paperwork, he called me saying he listed the wrong price and the apartment was more money and that if I don't agree to that price it will still be on the market. I told him this is unfair and after multiple back and forth he agreed to pay the difference over the course of the year. A week went by, I contacted him every day to see if I was approved, finally a week later he said I was approved but that apartment was no longer available!! He tried to show me two apartments same price that were much smaller and extremely loud in all directions. I was completely dissatisfied and felt jerked around when I could have been looking elsewhere. Completely unprofessional.
