Idan Elimeleh was an amazing guy, he knew the market really well, talked to us in detail about our must-haves and understood exactly what we looking for and showed us only those apartments that he knew we would like. He was always available when we needed to talk to him. We went back and forth with our decisions a few times but Idan was always calm, collected, and extremely professional, I would highly recommend him as an agent for anyone looking to rent an apartment in New York.
Idan literally toured the entire city with me in search for an apartment. I couldn''t ask for more from a broker. Helped me find my spot, go through the lease, and make the entire move as pleasant and easy as possible. With him I can rest assure that if anything comes up I have some who will help me with whatever needed.

Tal, Idan and Alex were the best brokers I''ve worked with so far on my search for apts in Manhattan. They were very dedicated to show me all the options on the market within my budget. Also, they are very friendly guys who are easy to talk to and they are very understanding about the clients preferences. They showed me the most amazing options and even helped me bring down the prices. Even though me and my roommate ended up moving to a condo, Tal was very helpful to provide all the information regarding the condo application process even if there were no incentives for him. Overall, this group has a very professional and informational approach and they will always be willing to help you find an apt in any area in the city. Will definitely recommend this group to all my friends and family!
Idan is great person to work with. He helped me find my dream home, patiently answered all my questions, helped resolved all concerns like complicated paperwork etc. but most importantly saved a lot of the time I was wasting trying to understand difficult procedures.

I met Idan due to a bad experience I had with another broker and I am so lucky I did. Literally the best broker my roommates and I have encountered yet. He really goes the extra mile for you and finds you the best apartments based on your specified criteria. Over the past 2 years he has found us 2 great apartments (one in Chelsea, & one in Sutton Place).
