I can’t say enough positive things about Gene - he listened thoughtfully to the criteria we gave him for what we wanted (and didn’t want) and never pushed or even showed us a place that didn’t fit what we were looking for. He conveniently arranged showing schedules so that we could see 8 locations in one day and drove us to each one - maximum efficiency which helped with comparing different units and made it easier to take time off of work.
