Born and raised in Manhattan, Daniel has always had a passion for real estate. Daniel earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Baruch College in Manhattan, and upon graduating began his career in real estate.
Daniel's first job was with a boutique real estate firm in SoHo in 2012 where he handled the building owner's exclusives for live-work lofts, office lofts, and retail stores. Daniel then went to a Midtown brokerage firm where he concentrated on residential apartment rentals.
As a born and bred New Yorker, Manhattan is Daniel's backyard and he knows every neighborhood. Daniel knows the pros and cons of every type of building.
