I had a great experience working with Caroline. After a few months of trying to find an apartment on my own and not being successful, she was able to find a few perfect options in 20 minutes. We went to tour them right after. Once I made a decision on what I wanted, she handled all of the application documents and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend her.

Caroline is the consummate professional! She is attentive and responsive both email and text. This experience to find a NY apartment was unlike anything I have ever been through. She made it less stressful and explained everything. When having multiple roommates, she was dealing with more than one buyer. Juggling skills are top notch too. Caroline Peters is a miracle worker. I relocated to New York for work and was completely overwhelmed with the crazy rental market and all the documents needed to submit an application. When speaking with Caroline on the phone, I told her my budget, which in a time where unit inventory is at a record breaking low, seemed comical or impossible. However, within 4 hours of our phone call, Caroline found me not one but two units within budget and in my dream location. She also proceeded to answer every single question throughout the process, promptly - whether it was day or night. I first spoke with Caroline in March of 2022. I was based remotely in Chicago and was looking for a NYC Apartment Lease to start in late April 2022. Caroline ensured me that she would handle the heavy lifting in the apartment search, however, once I found out the Compass broker fee I decided to try cheaper options for brokers in NYC. 3 weeks past where I worked with 4 different brokers who were in general unresponsive and not proactive. It came to the point where I was moving to NYC in 15 days and had no apartment. I reached back out to Caroline and she responded saying “I’ll find you an apartment in 48 hours” - this ended up being untrue because she found me one and we were signed in under 24 hours!!! She found me an apartment that was in my ideal location, under budget, and had more square footage than I expected... all while I was remote in Chicago. Once she found my apartment, I had a variety of questions on the lease documents and move-in protocol and she answered every single one of my calls / texts instantly. I don’t think I could have found a better broker to use in my move to NYC and I’m going to recommend Caroline to all of my friends
