About our Team:
Steffan Olausson Partridge is our founder and an independent broker. His grandfather started Partridge Realty one of the first real estate offices in Astoria, Long Island City in 1957. Steffan grew up in Sweden but moved to New York 1985 and his first memories were touring his grandfathers buildings picking up candy wrappers in the lobbies and helping him to unclog toilets for his beloved tenants. As the Partridge business grew Steffan contributed to managing, developing, selling and leasing properties in and around Western Queens.
In 2007, Steffan joined the most successful Corcoran team cornering the new development market in western Queens which naturally lead him to open up a sister office to Partridge Realty for the newly emerging market in Dutch Kills and southern Astoria. HIs method of success was combining old school reputation and integrity with modern day customer service. His first boutique, Space Realty Group was also an art gallery and featured the growing community of local artists moving in to the neighborhood. Art makes your space HOME...

Rebekah Gibson has been a valued member of our team since 2017, specializing in residential sales and rentals. A resident of Northwestern Queens since 2006, she has deep expertise in the Astoria and Long Island City areas. Originally from Oklahoma, Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Production and Design, along with a minor in International Business from Oklahoma State University.
Before moving to New York, she worked in the non-profit sector, supporting college students and families as a Volunteer Coordinator and Small Groups Leader. Rebekah has continued her community involvement in NYC, serving as PTA Vice President at PS 85 in Astoria and later Co-President of Growing Up Green Charter School PTO in LIC. She also volunteers with iEmpathize, a human rights media organization and currently serves as Chairperson of their Board of Directors.
Over the past eight years, Rebekah's clients have completed transactions with her as their guide in Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island and New Jersey. She also leverages a robust referral network for her clients across the country.
