Christian was very helpful from the very beginning. I reached out to him about a listing I had found online, and he responded immediately to set up a time to view the apartment. He was very flexible with working around our schedule, and my boyfriend and I were able to view the apartment with Him the very same day that we initially contacted him. With Christian's help, we actually saw several different apartments that day. He even took us out to lunch after we had seen the apartments and helped us sort through the floor plans we had been shown before going back and helping us make a deal with the leasing office. He helped make this a seamless process--we essentially signed a lease the same day we started hunting!
Christian is absolutely incredible to work with! My friends and I have been working with him to find the perfect three bedroom in our price range and he has been such a help! He has shown us PLENTY of buildings and different layouts in each building. He is very upfront with breaking down the costs at each building and has been overall very supportive. I had a great experience working with Christian. he was a good listener, straight-forward and honest, and very responsive. Christian was super flexible and patient despite my ever-changing requests. Christian is AMAZING!!!!! He made the process of apartment searching as smooth as possible. Mr. Atilles is the true definition of what a profesional realtor would be defined as. Not only did he answer most of my concerns such as focusing on my price range, location, neighborhood safety. Stuff that really matters to a consumer. He was always available at any time willing to answer my questions and provide me useful information. Like which lenders were good to go to.
He really made my transition from apartment to condo smooth. I highly recommend him. He’s bilingual. Had a big heart. And understands what it’s like to be a buyer.
