Tingjun moved to the U.S. in 1998 and began a career in the restaurant industry, which lasted for over 17 years. He became an entrepreneur and opened a bubble tea & french patisserie shop for two years. Realizing his passion for helping people and showing them the beauty of the city, Tingjun became a tour guide in NYC.

Tingjun was also inspired to help NYC throughout the pandemic and began working at the City Vaccination Pod site last year, and also worked with a Community Based Organization to help people to apply for food stamps. All of his professional experience has helped him develop excellent customer service skills. These experiences inspired Tingjun to move into the real estate industry, where he can focus on servicing clients and helping them find or sell their homes in NYC.
