Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in finding an apartment for our daughter who attends college in NYC. He truly understood what we were looking for and worked diligently to find just the right place. He was very personable and responsive. I highly recommend him!

Adrian was a total **ROCK STAR** in helping us find our dream apartment!!! We actually tried to work with several different brokers to look at places we were interested in, and: 1. They set up appointments then didn't show up and blew us off 2. They asked for details of what we were looking for and said they would call us back and then blew us off and we never heard from them again 3. They said they wouldn't help us look at a particular property unless we told them they could be our agent 4. They never wrote us back or texted us back after our multiple attempts to get in touch about a particular apartment they were showing 4. Other nasty stuff. Adrian ****CALLED US BACK RIGHT AWAY**** about an apartment we wanted to view, and then not only did he help us look at that specific apartment we asked him about, he researched other places close to what we were looking for WHILE WE WERE ON THE PHONE WITH HIM, and then guided us though how to look at many other places. And then checked up on us regularly to see if we needed any assistance. And then once we found our dream apartment, he expertly guided us as to what to expect in the rental application, and how to navigate that whole process. When he didn't hear back soon from the landlord's representative about the application decision, he dedicated 2 days making sure they responded to our questions and processed our application as quickly as possible, and insured that we got the landlord all the documentation that was necessary. Adrian is an **ANGEL ROCK STAR** and represents the ideal of what every rental agent should be, should you be lucky enough to find someone like him, and as a result WE GOT OUR DREAM APARTMENT. Adrian was very responsive from the start. Answering calls/emails immediately and navigating us through the difficulty of finding an apartment. We first wanted an apartment in the West Village, but Adrian diligently explained to us that we should look into the Columbus Circle neighborhood based on what we were looking for. Adrian carefully explained the application process, was always prepared to answer any questions we had, negotiated with the landlord on our behalf and, in the end, helped us find a great place. We were very happy with the deal he was able to work out for us.
