BOND New York
Agent Profile
Adam chose real estate as a career because he loves helping people get to where they need to go. He understands how challenging and deeply personal finding a home can be and he is committed to guiding his clients through the process. He prioritizes authenticity in his client relationships, focusing on instilling trust by being completely transparent with them every step of the way.

Adam starts by listening. He takes his time getting to know his clients and figuring out what they need and what they want. Then he makes a plan. Efficient, determined and driven, Adam works behind the scenes to achieve his clients' goals as quickly and as effectively as possible. For his buyers, that might mean, tapping into his expert knowledge on current inventory and concisely providing them with the best possible options. For his sellers, it is often presenting them with important market conditions specific to their listing and devising an optimal marketing strategy to get their home sold at the highest price.

Originally from Bel Air, Maryland, Adam came to New York for college and got his BFA in Acting and minor in Musical Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College. Adam has lived in Washington Heights and Harlem for the last 10 years. He loves the neighborhood feel and the participation of his neighbors on the streets helping to build a community. Having grown up next to corn fields for the first 20 years of his life, the change of pace and ability to step outside into the energy of so many people has been a refreshing change. For Adam, his community lives in Harlem and they often meet up just by walking to each other, something he values deeply.

When he's not assisting his clients with their real estate needs, he is living life to the fullest in the city. He loves discovering new places for coffee, going to church, playing outside with his dog Fizz and going on adventures with his wife. He also loves to explore outside of NYC with friends and family, especially upstate in the Catskills.
