DESCRIPTION
This is a great space in a great place! My current housemate is moving out of state soon so I'm looking for a new housemate to share. Available July 15 or September 1 or any date in between.

About the place: Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, front and back porch, lots of storage space downstairs, convenient laundry, parking space just out the back door, and a gated side yard. The rent is $2,150 total ($1,075 per person), plus half of the utilities (electricity, water, wifi, oil). No pets, no smoking. First month, last month and security deposit required.

Located in a great neighborhood just steps from the Minuteman Bikeway. Within very short walking distance of the Alewife T station, 77 and 79 bus lines on Mass Ave, lots of fun restaurants and shops on Mass Ave. Quick drive to Alewife Brook Parkway and MA-2.

About me: I'm a quiet, clean, flexible housemate, in my early 30s. I work in Cambridge and travel quite a bit for work and fun. I'm very low key at home but enjoy socializing, like occasional meals or a glass of wine and chat time with roommates. Often you'll find me in the kitchen (I love to cook). I'm hoping to keep the place as a relaxed, clean, welcoming home environment and looking for someone who likes the same!

RENTHOP DESCRIPTION
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,075. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).

Unfortunately, RentHop does not have any photos for this apartment.
