What sets this apart from other mobile homes parks is that most homes are owned by the property owner with the intent to keep the property clean and well maintained. There are aesthetic regulations in place and enforced. So don't judge based on any negative opinion that you may have thought of mobile home parks. Come see these homes first. You can't rent a single-family house as nice as these for the price.  As each house has been completed it's been rented . Tenant paid heat, electric, water & sewer, unfurnished. The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,400. Everything is still in great condition as the building only recently completed construction. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details.
