Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and bedroom #3 has a queen-sized bed with its own private entrance to the pool/lanai area.  All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Vinyl plank flooring in all dry areas of the house.  The kitchen and bathrooms have tile floors. The guest bath has a door leading to the lanai/pool area, so no wet footprints in the house.  You are just minutes to area beaches, shopping, numerous golf courses, and excellent restaurants.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $5,200. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
