Check out this excellent second-floor, two-bedroom duplex on Oleatha (however you prefer to say it). Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, with some very interesting textures going on in the living room and dining room. Great open floor plan, and spacious bedrooms connected Aussie-style... outback, by a bonus room. Awesome vintage tile bathroom and the kitchen has a surprising amount of space + gas range, dishwasher and microwave. Fret not, Washer and dryer hookups in the basement to keep those clothes so fresh and so clean. Street parking is never a problem, and you're incredibly close to the Golden Hoosier, Pipers Coffee, and more!
