The home is fully furnished and includes a large deck for grilling and enjoying the outside yard and summer fun. Includes internet, cable and central air conditioning. And of course... don't forget the outdoor shower! It is located approximately 6 houses from the Association Beach, known as Crescent Beach, where you will never want to leave! There is a cleaning fee of $180 and a state room tax that will be collected when you book this summer home! Rental weeks run from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. Pet friendly. This neighborhood books up fast! AVAILABLE WEEKS are July 6-July 20, & July 27, 2024 - Aug 31, 2024.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,700. Both cats and dogs are allowed, but as always, double check with the manager about any specific pet concerns you may have.
