This is a month to month lease and not pet friendly!  This home has a Phoenixville mailing address but is in the town of Oaks. This is a fabulous home that showcases the touches of a different time period.  This home has been updated but still retains the character of an older home.  This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  When you pull into the driveway you have a circular driveway as well as a 1 car garage and a side parking spot.  Enter through the front door and look down.  This is the original tiling of the home when it was built.   After you come in, you will find the foyer.  If you go to the left, you are in the very large Living Room.  It has the original fireplace, but now it is just decorative.  Look towards the back of the house and you will see two sets of French Doors.  One goes into the light filled Sunroom which takes you out back to a patio and large backyard.  The other set takes you into the large Dining Room.  Notice the wood trim and the craftsmanship of this home. It is spectacular.  Even the closet doors are something special.   The Dining Room  can be completely closed off from the kitchen, foyer, and Living Room.   Enter into the Kitchen which has a gas stove and an adorable breakfast nook.  In the front of the home  is an office with the original hardwood floors and wooden paneled walls with an outside separate entrance.  The next room I am calling a mudroom or bonus room because it can be a lot of things, you decide.   The full bathroom with stand up shower rounds out this floor. The stairwell to go upstairs is truly a work of art.   When you arrive at the top of the steps, the Primary is to the left for upmost privacy and it is huge.  The full bathroom is right next to the Primary.  Go a little further to find the other 2 bedrooms that are of nice size.   There is a full basement as well.  There is some water seepage down here and not recommended for storage.  The yard is very large and you can imagine how to spend a nice day out there. Landlord is looking for all tenants over 18 to have a credit score of 600 or more and have no criminal background.  Landlord to pull credit reports.  NO PETS!
