This is not a pet friendly property.  As soon as you drive into this neighborhood you will notice the mature trees and space between the homes.  This well established neighborhood is in Audubon with a mailing address of Norristown 19403. Notice the great curb appeal when you pull up.  There is a 2 car garage with additional storage and plenty of parking in the driveway. There is a porch to enjoy the quiet and take a break. Enter through the front door into the Foyer.  Immediately to the left is the very large Living Room with lots of windows and bright, natural light.  Once in the Living Room, continue to the Dining Room which has natural hardwood floors, chair rail and is equally showered in light.  From the Dining Room you come into the Large Eat in Kitchen.  This kitchen as tons of storage, a pantry,  plenty of countertops and enough room for a large table.  Modern appliances as well as beautiful countertops.  You can see directly into the Family Room from the Kitchen.  It is oversized and has a fireplace but it is decorative only.  The fireplace lends itself to decorating.  There is a Powder Room right outside the Family Room as well as a 1st floor laundry and access to the 2 car garage.  The garage is oversized and has storage space.   Come back to the Family Room and go out to the Sunporch.  This 3 season room overlooks the backyard that is fenced in and private.  Off of the Sunporch is a patio just waiting for you to entertain.  This house overall is a great home to entertain in.  Head upstairs to find the Hallbath at the top of the steps, complete with a large tub and linen closet.  Across the hall is the Primary and this room will make you want to take the home.  It has Hardwood flooring and the dual closets are equipped with closet organizers.  The room is large and has it's own en suite bathroom that has a nice walk in shower.  Head down the hallway to find the other 3 Bedrooms, all with Hardwood flooring and all are of nice size.  But wait, there is still the basement.  Head down to the basement to find an empty slate.  This room is full sized and can be used for a lot of things.  The back corner occasionally gets some moisture and not good for storage of valuables.  The Landlord is looking for tenants to have NO PETS, a credit score of 600 or more for each adult over 18 years old and no criminal background.
