After a complete renovation, our garden apartment is ready for your stay. This fully furnished apartment has a separate entry and features an intergraded living room and kitchen, king sized bedroom and a 2nd full sized bedroom with dedicated office space.

The sun filled south facing living room and kitchen overlook a bluestone patio where we keep flowers, herbs, raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes and others depending on the season.

The living room and kitchen are fully integrated which is great for entertaining or working from the laptop as it's open breakfast bar layout. For the chef, there is a set of crockery and cutlery, a maintained spice rack, gas stove, dishwasher, and lots of storage the kitchen. It is as functional as it is stylish. There is also a single unit washer and dryer.

The large bedroom has a king sized bed and blackout blinds, along with lots of storage. It overlooks our backyard that has rose bushes, a fig tree, among what we plant seasonally.

The second bedroom has a full sized bed, closet, a dedicated office space and blackout blinds. For your privacy, there are blackout blinds on every window in the apartment.

This unique spot is right here in Park Slope! With lots of different transportation options, Uber and Lyft get cars to the front door in under 4 mins typically; get you to the West Village in under 20 mins and the Financial District in under 15 mins. The F and R trains are 5 mins walking distance and get you to Soho, Union Square, among other destination points. There are multiple Citibike locations within a few blocks of the house.

Just mins to Prospect Park and the Bandshell, and the Barclays Center for major sporting events. Within a few blocks, there is Greenwood Park Beer Garden, Fonda, Krupa Grocery, Nitehawk Cinema, Ample Hills Creamery, Barbes for live music, all in walking distance.

Check out neighborhood staples like Union Hall, The fifth Estate, Finback Brooklyn, Threes Brewing, Kick Axe Throwing, Royal Palms Shuffleboard, The Cliffs at Gowanus and the list goes on.

Fun Facts and History of Park Slope

Park Slope started out its life as many New York neighborhoods did: as farmland. However, this farmland would soon see trouble, as it was where the majority of The Battle of Long Island was fought during the American Revolution. After the war, Park Slope would remain farmland until roughly 1839, when the Brooklyn grid system was drawn up. Farmers sold their land to the new city of Brooklyn and row houses were soon built.
