The unit has beautiful kitchen appliances, new flat screen TV's and new carpeting.  The amazing screened lanai reveals the most beautiful sunsets over the course each day.  It's fun to watch the action, seeing the players enjoy their camaraderie  and spirit when making a hole. The wildlife and waterbirds enjoy the lush green grass under the trees and the many ponds and lakes.  Seasonal rates for the winter are higher than the off-season rates.  Heritage Greens is a gated community and has various satellite heated-swimming pools for you to enjoy during the colder winter season.   You can play golf by the day at the nearby golf course seen in the photographs.   This unit is on the bottom right, corner end unit, no steps required, and has amazing views of the beautiful golf course, trees, and you'll have opportunity to see beautiful Florida birds at times that love the fresh water and lakes that surround the golf course.   You can pay by the day on this golf course and they have a dining room and various functions for you to enjoy.  Lots of restaurants and stores are nearby for you to pick up all supplies for your vacation.  Seasonal stays require 3-6 months.   Open to longer stays as well.  The long screened lanai overlooking the beautiful views and golf course is calling you!
