DESCRIPTION
FIRST MONTH FREE, in addition to no fee.
Top-floor apartment in the South End a block away from Boston Medical Center. We've loved it but have to move thanks to a baby due soon. As you can hopefully see from the photos, it's a spacious 1BR with a lot of places to put things. High open ceilings, exposed brick and deep windowsills. Kitchen is open to living room and is very large for the style of apartment, great for entertaining. Right around the corner from Toro, Mike's Diner, Flour and several other good spots.
Transportation: Bus routes run frequently up and down Mass Ave, and the Silver Line is on the corner going direct to Downtown, South Station or Logan. Mass Ave station on the orange line is a 10 minute walk up Mass Ave if you don't wait for the bus, and Back bay is 15-20.
Storage & Parking: Off-street parking available, street parking very easy to find. Storage-wise, there's a downstairs closet, a walk-in closet with an extra 7ft deep storage area, and a mezzanine/attic above the kitchen. You could fit a mattress in the mezzanine if you want or use it for storage.
Utilities: Heat & hot water included. Our electric bill was never above $70 and was $40-50 most months.
Pets: Cats allowed! Ours has loved it here, lots of windows to watch out of. Dogs not allowed.
Available immediately. Text or email preferred.

neighborhoods in Boston, it's among Boston's most vibrant
neighborhoods. South End was originally constructed in 1849 on
tidal marshes and now has transformed into one of the most posh
neighborhoods in Boston. So if you're looking to reside in a
neighborhood with a lot of history that still remains vibrant this
might be a good match for you. By filtering for specific amenities,
finding the perfect apartment in the South End is made easy.
As soon as you get into this neighborhood, you know why it's
different than every other in Boston. The streets are lined with
19th century Victorian style housing and you can find parks
seemingly at every corner. In fact, there are 11 residential parks
in this one single neighborhood. Everything from the sidewalks to
the trees are well maintained, clean, and the crime is low in most
of the neighborhood. Streets are lined with some of the best
restaurants in Boston that…
