With a degree in Business Analytics and Finance from Rutgers Business School, BK has always been driven by a desire to solve problems, but it's his passion for connecting with people that truly sets him apart. He spent years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm tackling complex client challenges and driving meaningful impact, learning that true understanding comes from reading between the lines and being fully present.

BK's shift into real estate began after moving to the city and navigating a frustrating search for the perfect apartment-touring over 30 places and meeting countless agents. The experience showed him just how much the process needed improvement. Now, he approaches each client relationship with empathy and patience, combining sharp analytical skills with a deep understanding of what it's like to be on the other side. His goal is simple: to deliver results immediately and ensure every client feels confident, understood, and completely supported throughout their journey.

When he's not helping clients find their ideal home, BK is in the ring or on the mat, honing his skills in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A lifelong martial artist with a black belt in Taekwondo, he brings the same discipline and focus to all aspects of his life. He's also an avid traveler-trekking up volcanoes in Hawaii, chasing the northern lights in the Arctic Circle, and exploring ancient temples in Southeast Asia. His commitment to growth and exploration fuels his passion for helping others find their place in the world, whether it's a perfect home or a new adventure.
