The kitchen is open to the dining room and is well appointed and fully equipped with custom cabinets, high-end appliances, custom hood vent, bar/island with seating, pantry and full sized washer and dryer.  The quartz counters, upscale lighting and open shelving make this kitchen a chef's dream.

On the first floor you will find the two guest bedrooms, each featuring a queen size bed and closet space. In one of the bedrooms there is also a small desk to accommodate any work from home needs. There is a full size bathroom in between the two bedrooms that features a tub/shower combo and vanity.

Upstairs is the Master suite which provides ample privacy! You will find a comfortable king size bed, Smart TV, and two large closets with built in shelving and space for hanging storage. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, separate tiled shower, and two vanities.

The outdoor features of this home are what truly make it special! Lush landscaping enhances the outdoor living areas. In the back, you will find a covered porch leading to the beautiful and spacious yard which features a comfortable sofa, two chairs, and a coffee table. The yard is fully fenced and has a back gate. Also, off of the living room there is a screened in porch with two comfortable chairs!

No off street parking is provided with this home. Plenty of street parking is available on the street in front!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement.

Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
