Lin states, “I realized the most important part of brokering is that there\u2019s a huge human trust component in the whole thing. A really good broker makes the whole process a whole lot less painful for the renter. The big takeaway was that brokers are not commodities at all. I didn\u2019t think they were adding value, but now I\u2019m convinced that a great broker does add value.”<\/p>\n That’s why we’ve built a platform that supports the broker! Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with brokers and landlords to be serve renters. By acquiring real estate licenses, we have direct experience in the industry we’re serving.
