For many of us, it’s hard to pass up an opportunity to live in Manhattan especially when you find an amazing deal. These are what we at RentHop like to refer to internally as gems. Thanks to years of accumulated rental data, we have some of the most affordable and quality rental listings New York City has to offer. Our inventory of listings has grown exponentially over the years, and each month we’ll review our favorite deals for rental listings. This month, we found Midtown and Upper Manhattan deals under $2,300.

Interestingly, in the past few months, we’ve heard from both renters and agents regarding the insane surge in demand for housing while supply/inventory of affordable listings is becoming harder to find. Whether or not this is due to the influx of renters moving back to New York now that offices are opening back up, we’re certainly seeing fewer rental concessions being offered by landlords. Thankfully, RentHop is still getting a great inventory of gems. Today we’ll focus on some of our favorite deals in Upper and Midtown Manhattan for this coming August!
